Mid-Level Marketing Officer

About the role

NEPA Works is looking for a versatile Mid-Level Marketing Officer to own end‑to‑end execution of content, email, social media, and digital campaigns. You will work closely with design, sales, and leadership teams to deliver B2B marketing initiatives for US audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling copy for websites, social media, ads, blogs, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Plan, launch, and optimise email campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and nurture sequences.
• Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, engage audiences, and track performance.
• Collaborate with designers on digital and print creatives.
• Support demand‑generation and lead‑nurturing programs targeting US B2B prospects.
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine messaging.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as engagement, CTR, open rates, and conversions.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Coordinate with sales and account teams on marketing and pipeline requirements.
• Assist with landing pages, webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital or content marketing.
• Excellent written English with a strong copywriting portfolio.
• Familiarity with US B2B communication and marketing practices.
• Strong organisational and campaign‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Mailchimp, HubSpot or Odoo (email marketing platforms).
• Buffer, Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite (social media tools).
• Google Analytics and marketing performance dashboards.
• Basic SEO and content optimisation.
• Canva or basic graphic‑design skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
