Mid-Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

CareBoarding Technology Platform is seeking a detail‑oriented Mid‑Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of its healthcare technology platform. You will work closely with developers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality web and mobile applications that meet regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases and scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual testing across browsers, devices and operating systems.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance and security testing.
• Identify, document and track bugs using JIRA and TestRail, and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and perform regression testing.
• Participate in product design and requirements reviews to surface quality concerns early.
• Support user acceptance testing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with testing methodologies, tools and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Proficiency in manual testing and test case development.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking systems such as JIRA and TestRail.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive/mobile testing.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across teams.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL for database testing.
