About the role

We are looking for a passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our middle‑school team in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop strong mathematical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and confidence while fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Promote critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem‑solving skills among students.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, share best practices, and support school initiatives.
• Participate in parent‑teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.

Required profile

• Passionate, student‑centered approach to teaching mathematics.
• Minimum two years of experience teaching middle‑school mathematics.
• Ability to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
