National Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead the sales function for our skin‑care portfolio across Nepal. The role will own topline growth, market‑share expansion and distribution excellence across all channels, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual national sales plan aligned with brand and business strategy.
• Define channel‑wise, region‑wise and SKU‑wise targets and cascade them to the field organization.
• Build a 3‑year distribution and growth roadmap for the skin‑care category.
• Deliver primary and secondary sales targets across all seven provinces and drive value and volume market‑share growth versus key competitors.
• Build, manage and optimise the distributor network in major cities and lead modern‑trade and pharmacy engagements.
• Develop e‑commerce sales through platforms such as Daraz, SastoDeal and own D2C channels.
• Lead, coach and develop Regional/Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, Beauty Advisors and Merchandisers.
• Partner with Marketing on new product launches, BTL activations and trade schemes.
• Manage trade spend, margins, pricing and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide market intelligence on competition, trade dynamics and consumer trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG or personal‑care sales, preferably in Nepal.
• Proven track record of managing large distribution networks and leading high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and succession‑planning skills.
• Ability to work across multiple channels including modern trade, pharmacy, and e‑commerce.
