NCLEX Instructor (Hybrid, Kathmandu)

About the role

Apply World Group is seeking a dedicated NCLEX Instructor to join its Kathmandu team. This full‑time position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to combine classroom teaching with online delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver NCLEX‑RN/PN preparation classes, including lectures, discussions, and practice sessions.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, practice tests, and learning resources aligned with current exam standards.
• Assign, review, and provide feedback on practice questions and assessments.
• Monitor learner progress, maintain accurate performance records, and contribute to curriculum improvement.
• Utilise online learning platforms, video‑conferencing tools, and digital content to support hybrid teaching.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of NCLEX‑RN/PN content areas (nursing fundamentals, medical‑surgical, pharmacology, pediatrics, maternity, mental health).
• Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or clinical mentoring, preferably in NCLEX preparation or nursing education.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom‑management abilities.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification; BSc Nursing/BN or similar.
• Willingness to collaborate, adapt to curriculum changes, and pursue ongoing professional development.
