Online Sales Executive

About the role

Balaji Incorporation is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Online Sales Executive to drive its digital watch sales and support the growth of its online presence. The role combines handling online inquiries, processing orders, coordinating marketing campaigns, and providing assistance in the physical store when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries from the website, social media, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing information and order‑related questions.
• Process online orders, ensure timely fulfillment and coordinate delivery.
• Follow up with customers to maximise sales and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Track daily online sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Act as the primary liaison with external marketing agencies, coordinating digital campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide feedback and help improve results.
• Coordinate product photography, content updates and promotional activities.
• Support the physical store during busy periods, handling sales, merchandising and customer service.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is organised and presentable.
• Synchronise inventory availability between online and offline channels.
