About the role
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Operation Officer – Process Innovator to optimise outlet operations, streamline workflows and drive organisational efficiency in Kathmandu.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive operational evaluations for existing outlets.
- Develop, implement, and standardise comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor operations, track inefficiencies and introduce corrective measures.
- Support strategies aimed at sales increment and overall outlet revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary operational coordinator to ensure seamless day‑to‑day outlet functionality.
Required profile
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant operational experience.
- Ability to evaluate performance, implement procedures and contribute to sales growth.
