Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily operations for Delights Hospitality, overseeing catering, cafeteria, and hospitality services across multiple client locations. The role ensures high service standards, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise day‑to‑day operations at all client sites, ensuring smooth execution of catering, cafeteria and hospitality services.
• Monitor operational performance, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and service standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships, address concerns promptly, and conduct regular site visits to verify service quality.
• Lead and supervise site supervisors, kitchen staff, service staff and support teams; assign responsibilities, monitor performance and conduct regular briefings.
• Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and presentation; conduct routine inspections and enforce food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, equipment and supplies; coordinate procurement, minimize waste and control costs.
• Track operational budgets, verify attendance and shift schedules, and prepare reports for management.
• Enforce workplace safety, conduct risk assessments and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) experience in operations management within hospitality, catering or related services.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality and cost control.
