Outlet Supervisor

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor will oversee daily operations of a restaurant outlet, ensuring high standards of guest service, hygiene, and coordination between front‑of‑house, kitchen, and bar teams. This full‑time, onsite role reports to Management Lead and supports the Outlet In‑Charge in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise opening, service, and closing procedures while maintaining SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Allocate duties, conduct pre‑shift briefings, and monitor staff performance, grooming, and punctuality.
• Engage with guests, handle complaints, and collect feedback to drive service improvements.
• Track daily sales, promote upselling, and control wastage, breakage, and unauthorized discounts.
• Coordinate stock requirements with kitchen/bar, report shortages or maintenance issues.
• Maintain operational records, shift reports, and assist in implementing new promotions or systems.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
