Outreach & Content Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Outreach & Content Executive to drive outreach initiatives and produce engaging content for our marketing campaigns. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to amplify our brand across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor outreach activities for various marketing campaigns.
• Identify and engage potential partners, communities, influencers and target audiences.
• Create compelling social media posts, campaign copy, captions and promotional messages.
• Support content planning, campaign execution and the upcoming Dashain promotion.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Maintain outreach lead records and follow‑up communications.
• Research market trends, audience insights, competitor activities and collaboration opportunities.
• Track performance of outreach and content, providing recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in outreach, content creation, digital marketing or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence in approaching and communicating with external stakeholders.
• Creative, proactive, organized and able to meet campaign deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
