Paid Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our Nepal team, focusing on generating high‑quality leads for educational institutions. You will own end‑to‑end paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, ensuring accurate tracking and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Integrate campaign data with our custom CRM for lead management and attribution reporting.
• Monitor performance daily, identify opportunities and act quickly.
• Prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Manage ad budgets to maximise return on investment.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the SEO team and potentially oversee SEO activities over time.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, algorithm updates and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative testing.
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Good working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including events, conversions and reporting.
• Experience with CRM platforms for lead management and attribution.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actions.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
