About the role

The company is seeking a part‑time Customer Service Representative to work on‑site at its Jawalakhel call centre. The position covers several shift options – evening (7 pm‑11 pm) and morning slots (8 am‑12 pm, 9 am‑1 pm or 10 am‑2 pm) – allowing candidates to choose a schedule that fits their availability.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email and chat for an Internet Service Provider.
Answer queries, resolve complaints and provide accurate information to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Record each interaction in the company’s system and maintain up‑to‑date customer files.
Collaborate with other support teams to deliver a seamless service experience.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT or any technical field (in progress or completed).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Positive attitude, patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
Flexibility to work any of the listed shifts.
Own vehicle for commuting.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy.
