About the role

KMC School is looking for a passionate full‑time teacher to join its faculty in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality education, foster student engagement, and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school curriculum.
• Develop instructional materials and resources to support learning objectives.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests and class participation.
• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help students improve.
• Collaborate with school administration, attend staff meetings and participate in professional development.
• Guide students in extracurricular activities, projects and academic competitions.
• Integrate modern teaching methodologies and educational technology into daily instruction.

Required profile

• Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to student growth, engagement and continuous improvement.
• At least three years of teaching experience.
