Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Suvedas Tech Pvt. Ltd., a growing digital solutions provider in Kathmandu, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid advertising initiatives across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms. The role focuses on driving qualified leads, improving conversion rates and maximizing return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and continuously optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue goals.
• Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research to inform campaign structure, targeting and bidding.
• Design and test ad copy, creatives, landing pages and bidding approaches through systematic A/B testing.
• Monitor core metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPL and adjust budgets to improve cost efficiency.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and other analytics integrations.
• Analyse campaign and website data to identify gaps, propose optimisation ideas and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers and SEO specialists to create high‑performing assets.
• Support CRO initiatives and ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in performance or paid‑media marketing.
• Proven hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
