Personal Brand Strategist

About the role

Outsourcing Mate is seeking a Personal Brand Strategist to partner directly with the founder of an established Australian finance business. You will craft and execute a high‑authority personal brand, focusing on LinkedIn and professional networking to position the founder as a thought leader in the finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive personal brand strategy for the founder.
• Define positioning, messaging, voice, and content pillars.
• Design a LinkedIn growth plan that attracts the right professional audience.
• Transform the founder’s experience and insights into compelling posts, videos, and carousels.
• Identify thought‑leadership opportunities and engage in relevant industry conversations.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce multi‑format assets.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine the strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal branding, brand strategy, or LinkedIn strategy.
• Strong understanding of marketing psychology and audience behaviour.
• Ability to create clear personal positioning, messaging, and brand voice.
• Experience working with founders, executives, or senior professionals is preferred.
• Strategic mindset focused beyond vanity metrics.
