About the role

Join NepMeds, a fast‑growing digital healthcare platform, as a Pharmacy Assistant. You will work at the intersection of pharmacy practice and technology, helping customers access medicines and health services online.

Key responsibilities

Review and process customer orders and prescription requests.
Coordinate with partner pharmacies and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment.
Assist customers with prescription queries and provide order updates.
Maintain product listings, information, and inventory on the NepMeds portal.
Support operational teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

Registered pharmacist with a valid license.
Strong communication and computer proficiency.
Self‑motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
Passionate about digital healthcare and innovation.
