Procurement Manager – On-site in Kathmandu

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities at our Kathmandu office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for sourcing, evaluating and contracting suppliers to secure cost‑effective, high‑quality goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source suppliers, request and review quotations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Manage contract terms, monitor supplier performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports and documentation.
• Analyse procurement data to uncover cost‑saving opportunities, process improvements and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or supply‑chain management, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field; professional certification (CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work ethically, make data‑driven decisions and maintain accuracy under time pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software tools.
