Product Sales Manager – Crash Barriers, Poles, Towers & Bridges

About the role

The Product Sales Manager will lead sales of Hulas Infra’s infrastructure products, including crash barriers, poles, towers and bridges. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time position focuses on expanding market presence, building client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of crash barriers, poles, towers and bridges across Nepal.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
• Manage key client relationships, conduct meetings, and present proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with technical, operations and finance teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, develop sales strategies and provide accurate forecasts.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets in industrial or infrastructure products.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and long‑term relationships.
• Strong business‑development capability to identify new markets and expand product reach.
• Experience selling infrastructure items such as crash barriers, poles, towers or bridges is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong negotiation, planning and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in basic office applications and CRM software.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu, travel to client locations and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
