Program Coordinator – BBA & MBA

About the role

The Program Coordinator for the BBA and MBA programmes will support Metropolitan College in delivering high‑quality business education. Reporting to senior academic leadership, the coordinator will oversee day‑to‑day programme administration, student support and the planning of academic and co‑curricular activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the BBA and MBA curricula, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards.
• Organise academic events, workshops, seminars and extracurricular activities.
• Provide counselling and guidance to students on course selection, career planning and academic progress.
• Maintain programme records, schedules and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with faculty to support research dissemination and publication initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or a related discipline (MPhil/PhD preferred).
• Demonstrated research record with publications in recognised national or international journals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and student‑counselling abilities.
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating and managing academic programmes and events.
• Strong knowledge of academic administration and programme coordination processes.
