Project Coordinator – Product & Engineering

About the role

Niural is looking for a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support its fast‑moving Product & Engineering organization. You will be the operational backbone that keeps sprints, releases, and cross‑functional initiatives on track across distributed teams in the US and Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project trackers, sprint boards, and task hierarchies in ClickUp for multiple product lines.
• Translate PRDs, Figma links, and Slack discussions into structured tasks and subtasks to support sprint planning.
• Track release timelines, flag delays, and document root causes.
• Coordinate daily and weekly status updates across engineering teams, handling timezone overlap.
• Prepare status reports, milestone summaries, and release notes for stakeholders.
• Schedule and run stand‑ups, sprint ceremonies, and cross‑team syncs, including agenda preparation and note taking.
• Monitor task hygiene, identify blockers, overdue items, and missing owners, and proactively raise risks.
• Assist with documentation maintenance in ClickUp and Google Drive and support ad‑hoc reporting.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar operational support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across distributed, cross‑timezone teams.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks before they escalate.
