Project Manager – Construction and Interior Execution

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction and interior execution of Rupakot Swing Park, a flagship hospitality and adventure venue near Pokhara. The role is based on‑site in Rupakot and will oversee the delivery of interior fit‑out, structural and MEP installations, and ensure the project reaches its operational launch in April 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Translate interior design concepts into detailed working drawings, specifications and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ); audit contractor material requisitions against the approved BOQ.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations for civil, structural, MEP and interior fit‑out contractors; enforce a Critical Path Method (CPM) master schedule to meet the April 2027 launch.
• Conduct daily site syncs with the Project Director and prepare weekly progress, material tracking and financial variance reports for the Managing Director.
• Prepare documentation and audit reports required by bank inspectors for loan tranche disbursements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in hospitality or adventure‑park environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades (civil, structural, MEP, interior fit‑out) and enforce strict compliance with approved drawings.
• Strong analytical skills for BOQ management and financial variance reporting.
• Excellent communication to report to the on‑site Project Director and senior management in Kathmandu.
