Project Sales Engineer – AV Department

About the role

We are seeking a Project Sales Engineer for our Audio‑Visual (AV) department. The role combines sales, system design, AutoCAD drafting, customer coordination, installation supervision, and post‑installation support.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, visit stakeholders and build relationships to promote our AV products and services.
• Understand customer requirements, propose solutions, and deliver product demonstrations.
• Design AV systems, create AutoCAD drawings and Bill of Quantities, and provide technical documentation to clients.
• Supervise on‑site installation, read schematics, ensure compliance with standards, and troubleshoot major failures.
• Coordinate with builders, architects, and other site personnel, and ensure safe, clean work environments.
• Complete projects on schedule, hand over fully functional systems, and provide post‑handover guidance.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of AV installation or integration experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, AV equipment, connectors and cable types.
• Basic networking understanding (IP, switches, routing); DSP programming is a plus.
• Strong communication, project management skills, and a growth‑oriented mindset.
• Valid driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler.
