QA Specialist – Translation Review (English to Native Language)

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous QA Specialist to review English science and knowledge questions that have been translated into a native language. You will compare the original translation with an AI‑generated correction and decide which version is most accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Examine each item’s question and answer choices for faithfulness to the English source.
• Assign one of four labels: Accept original, Accept AI correction, Edit final, or Escalate.
• Preserve all numbers, symbols, formulas, units, and technical terms exactly as they appear in the source.
• Add a brief comment explaining any edits made.
• Correct wrong answer choices (distractors) and note any mistakes in the original question.

Required profile

• Near‑native proficiency in the target language with strong English reading comprehension.
• Comfort reading content across sciences, mathematics, computer science, engineering, business, law, and humanities.
• Sharp eye for grammar, case, gender, agreement, and detail.
• Discipline to follow strict QA rules without over‑editing.

Required skills

• Experience in localization QA or data annotation (preferred).
