QC & Production Head – Food & Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

The company is seeking a QC & Production Head to lead its Food & Beverage manufacturing operations, specifically in the mineral water and flour divisions. This senior position will be responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently while meeting the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall production and quality operations to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Plan and execute production activities in line with business requirements and operational priorities.
• Ensure products meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to achieve production and business objectives.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Oversee workforce planning, team supervision, and operational discipline within the production function.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality systems, and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and operational excellence.
• Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Lead and mentor the production and quality teams to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in mineral water, flour, FMCG or food processing.
• Proven experience in leading production and quality teams.
