Quality Executive

About the role

Litmus Industries Limited is seeking a Quality Executive to lead daily quality control activities at its Nawalparasi District site. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that products and processes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production quality and perform routine inspections.
• Document findings, prepare quality reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate corrective actions with production, maintenance, and management teams.
• Conduct internal audits and support the implementation of quality management systems.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis for non‑conformities and drive corrective measures.

Required profile

• Strong background in quality control, quality auditing, and quality management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Clear, professional communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, including safety and regulatory knowledge.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to work both independently and within a team.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
