About the role

PARIVAR is expanding its healthcare team in Nepal and seeks qualified Registered Nurses to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred home healthcare services in Hetauda. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care directly in patients’ homes, promoting health and wellbeing while collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing assessments, medication administration, wound care, and basic emergency response during home visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care protocols using electronic or paper‑based medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and remain calm in high‑pressure clinical situations.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse license and registration with the Nepal Nursing Council.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage home visits.

Required skills

• BLS/CPR certification (preferred).
