Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our busy outlets in Kathmandu. The role is full‑time, on‑site and responsible for delivering a warm, high‑quality dining experience for families and friends.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
• Supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, coordinating schedules and performance.
• Monitor service quality, respond to guest feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Manage inventory, ordering and stock control in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Track sales, handle basic budgeting and implement promotional activities aligned with company goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on positive guest experiences.
• Proven experience in food & beverage operations, including menu knowledge, quality control and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, leading teams and coordinating with management.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding and supervising staff in a hospitality setting.
• Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant reporting is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related field is beneficial.
