About the role

The Workshop Eatery is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its fast‑casual outlet in Jhamsikhel, Kathmandu. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high‑quality service, and drive a positive guest experience in a vibrant, community‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure food quality, speed, and consistency.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop weekly staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak periods and holidays.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a motivated and efficient team.
• Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and keep optimal stock levels.
• Track operating expenses, food and labor costs, and keep them within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards and company policies.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze KPIs, and work with marketing to develop promotions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
