Restaurant Operations Head

About the role

The Restaurant Operations Head will lead all daily activities of Beirut – Lebanese Restaurant in Kathmandu, ensuring efficient, profitable, and high‑quality service. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and financial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Prepare annual budgets and business plans, monitoring revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Coordinate procurement with suppliers to ensure timely, cost‑effective sourcing of goods.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to sustain operational excellence.
• Manage customer experience, handling complaints, monitoring satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the restaurant team, fostering teamwork and a culture of hospitality.
• Analyze financial performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control expenses.

Required profile

• Minimum of 96 months (8 years) of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi‑departmental functions.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting, financial monitoring, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work onsite in Kathmandu.
