About the role

The Sales Executive (Retail) will manage in‑store customer interactions, promote the company’s products and ensure a high‑quality shopping experience. The position is focused on meeting sales targets, maintaining showroom standards and supporting daily retail operations. The role requires close collaboration with the store team to deliver consistent service and to address customer inquiries promptly.

Key responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products or services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets according to the schedule.
  • Handle stock, manage inventory and ensure proper product presentation.
  • Manage petty cash, issue tax invoices and keep accurate cash‑bank transaction records.
  • Update daily books and account records regularly.
  • Maintain the visual presentation of products in the showroom.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and invoicing.
  • Regularly refresh product displays to align with promotional campaigns.
