Revenue Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Revenue Administrator to oversee residential accounts receivable, tenant billing and collection processes for Nepreva Global Services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full residential revenue cycle, including RITAs, invoicing, receipt reconciliation and accounts receivable administration.
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices, statements and payment records for residential tenants.
• Conduct tenant referencing, background verification and contract compliance checks.
• Monitor outstanding balances and administer debt‑collection procedures for tenant accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with tenants regarding payments, dues and account queries.
• Identify and investigate revenue leakage by reviewing timesheets, disbursements and account transactions.
• Maintain collection logs, payment records and communication history within the system.
• Prepare collection files and supporting documentation for external debt collectors when required.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure proper posting of receipts, payments, adjustments and aging updates in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with finance and property‑management teams to ensure smooth revenue operations.
• Support reporting on collections, outstanding receivables and account status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing and debt‑collection processes.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to managing revenue cycles.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with tenants.
• Ability to investigate and resolve revenue leakage and account discrepancies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for posting receipts, payments and adjustments.
