Sales and Dispatch Manager

About the role

K.D. Shoes Industries, a leading footwear manufacturer in Nepal, is seeking a motivated Sales and Dispatch Manager to lead its sales team and coordinate product dispatch across the country and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Stock Management of Finished Goods – monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, ensure proper warehousing, storage and dispatch practices, regularly update inventory records and report stock status to management.
• Order Management – receive and process customer orders accurately and on time, confirm orders and delivery schedules, and coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Customer Relationship Management – build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, handle queries, feedback and complaints professionally, and support sales growth through customer satisfaction.
• Coordination with Production Manager – align sales and dispatch schedules with production capacity, ensure smooth flow of goods from production to dispatch, and communicate order forecasts and urgent requirements.
• Coordination with Business Development Manager – work closely with business development to identify new opportunities, share market insights and customer feedback, and contribute to sales and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Motivated and experienced professional to lead sales and oversee dispatch operations.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales and dispatch management (as indicated by the 36‑month experience requirement).
