About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our travel business. You will be responsible for shaping business development strategies, boosting brand visibility, and driving customer acquisition across both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agencies.
• Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while monitoring performance metrics.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years (36 months) proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the travel or tourism sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Goal‑oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
