Sales Associate – Client Outreach & Social Media

About the role

SetoPixel is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the promotion of its computer‑related services. The role combines social‑media marketing, client communication, and outreach to potential international customers. You will work closely with the sales team to keep the pipeline accurate and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote computer‑related services on various social media platforms.
• Handle client inquiries via calls, messages, emails, and online channels.
• Conduct cold calling, messaging, and email outreach to international prospects.
• Explain products or services clearly to potential customers.
• Follow up leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Update and manage the sales pipeline using Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Record customer details, follow‑up status, and sales progress accurately.
• Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Interest in sales, marketing, and client communication.
• At least 12 months of relevant experience.
• Professional communication skills across phone, email, and messaging.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
