Sales Coordinator (Hotel)

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales & Marketing team of Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and seamless client interactions. You will act as the hub for enquiries, proposals, and internal coordination, helping to turn opportunities into confirmed business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Handle sales enquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and other sales documents promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of clients, leads, opportunities and sales activities in the hotel’s systems.
• Schedule appointments, client meetings, site inspections and hotel visits for prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads, ensuring timely communication with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, F&B, Events and other departments to relay client requirements.
• Assist in preparing and distributing sales reports, forecasts, account updates and presentations.
• Support the organization of sales events, trade shows, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Help Sales Managers with account management, client correspondence and documentation.
• Monitor pending proposals, contracts and confirmations to ensure timely conversion.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, hospitality sales or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
