About the role

The Sales Coordinator (Unit In-charge) will manage the day‑to‑day operations of a branch, supervise staff teams and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations to guarantee smooth functioning.
Supervise Door‑to‑Door (D2D) and Field Agent (FA) teams, tracking and reporting on their KPIs.
Address customer queries promptly and maintain satisfaction levels.
Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain branch equipment such as ONUs, wiring and other resources.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years experience in a related sales or branch‑management role.
At least a +2 (high‑school) education qualification.
Ability to lead teams and manage operational tasks.
