Sales & Customer Support Agent

About the role

Ambition Guru, an AI‑driven learning platform, is looking for a Sales & Customer Support Agent to handle inbound and outbound interactions, convert leads, and provide first‑level assistance to learners using the app.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to explain packages, pricing, schedules and features.
• Identify customer needs, manage assigned leads and work toward sales conversion targets.
• Respond to messages, social‑media inquiries and other channels, assisting with account, package, class or basic app issues.
• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps such as connectivity checks, login/logout, app updates, cache clearing and device permissions.
• Escalate complex technical, payment or administrative issues with full documentation, screenshots and prior troubleshooting attempts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, messages, follow‑ups, conversions and escalations; submit daily/weekly reports on time.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with basic English proficiency.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
• Attention to detail and commitment to timely follow‑ups.
• Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to protect confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to track leads and support cases.
• Basic app troubleshooting (connectivity, login, cache clearing, device settings).
