Sales & Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and target‑driven Sales & Customer Support Executive to join a fast‑growing Nepali technology company. This desk‑based position focuses on outbound calling, engaging existing users, and converting them to premium SaaS subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing users and promote premium plans.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant product features.
• Explain product benefits and the value of premium subscriptions clearly.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with interested users and drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and conversion outcomes.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, follow‑ups, and sales conversions.
• Collect customer feedback and relay common concerns to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to improve overall customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, call‑center, or customer‑service roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Nepali.
• Confident, persuasive phone communication and strong objection‑handling abilities.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Own a personal laptop and be comfortable using computers and basic digital tools.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
