Sales Executive – Customer-Focused Sales Role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Executive to join our team in Pokhara. You will handle inquiries, promote our products and services, generate sales, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or sales system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in indoor sales or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal‑oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
