Sales Executive & Customer Support (Bagdole, Lalitpur)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive customer conversions for a growing business management application. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow‑up, product explanation, objection handling, and converting users to premium plans.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing users.
• Explain premium features and benefits based on customer needs.
• Follow up with interested leads and drive conversions.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate call, lead, and conversion records in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with support and product teams to understand customer needs and improve sales approaches.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in telesales, sales, customer service, call center, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Nepali; basic English is an advantage.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer‑handling skills.
• Target‑oriented, positive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of mobile applications or accounting tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Must own a laptop.
