Sales Executive – Field Sales

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, target‑driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base across Kathmandu, Pokhara, Narayanghat and Nepalganj. The role focuses on field sales of water purifiers, solar water heaters and other home appliances, requiring regular visits to prospects and strong relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through regular field visits.
• Promote and sell water purifiers, solar water heaters, electric chimneys, geysers, air conditioners, chest freezers, refrigerators and other company products.
• Identify and develop new customers, dealers and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Required profile

• Energetic and target‑driven attitude.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in field sales or related commercial role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a performance‑driven environment.
