Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to spot potential clients and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
