Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Executive to join our team in Pokhara. The role involves handling inquiries, promoting our products and services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate sales leads, prepare quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in indoor sales or customer service, or fresh graduates with strong communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented attitude with problem‑solving capability.
