Sales Executive – Regional Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our market presence across Nepal and India. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert prospective clients into long‑term customers in Nepal and India.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop new business opportunities and increase market coverage for industrial and FMCG products.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contracts with customers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide professional support.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities and analyse trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
• Monitor accounts receivable and manage collection activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in industrial products, plastics, packaging, manufacturing, FMCG or beverages.
• Strong negotiation, networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented with a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal and India.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
