Sales Executive – Unified Communications & Pro AV

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, result‑oriented Sales Executive to grow our Unified Communications and Professional AV business in Nepal. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate, government and institutional customers, delivering product demonstrations and preparing tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, government, hospitality, education, healthcare, banking and other sectors.
• Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and presentations, and generate leads through market research, cold calling and networking.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate UC, video‑conferencing, IP telephony and Pro AV solutions.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, site visits and prepare quotations, BOQs and commercial proposals with technical support.
• Follow up on leads and proposals to ensure successful closure and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, consultants, system integrators and key decision‑makers.
• Develop reseller, dealer and system‑integrator partnerships.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, provide regular activity reports and monitor competitor offerings.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades and cross‑selling with existing customers.

Required profile

• Minimum of 12 months experience in enterprise technology sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate new leads and close deals in B2B environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical, operations and management teams.
