Sales Head – Electric 2-Wheeler

About the role

The Sales Head will lead the entire sales function for the company’s electric two‑wheeler business, shaping strategy, driving revenue, expanding the dealer network and building a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales strategies aligned with business objectives, setting targets by product, channel, territory and team.
• Identify new market opportunities, monitor trends and customer preferences, and devise pricing, promotions and schemes in coordination with senior management.
• Drive achievement of sales volume and revenue targets, monitor performance, forecast sales and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Coordinate inventory planning with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Develop, appoint and manage dealers, sub‑dealers and showroom partners, establishing targets, KPIs and performance review mechanisms.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, set individual and team KPIs, conduct performance reviews and foster a performance‑driven culture.
• Develop corporate, institutional and fleet sales opportunities, building relationships with corporate houses, NGOs, delivery companies and fleet operators.
• Monitor competitor activities, gather dealer and customer feedback and provide actionable market intelligence to management.
