Sales Head – Lead Sales & Business Development

About the role

Delta Sales App is seeking a senior Sales Head to drive revenue and business growth across Nepal and international markets. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on customer acquisition, partnership building and market expansion for our SaaS platform serving FMCG distributors and manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall sales revenue and business‑development targets, defining and executing growth strategies.
• Build and manage a high‑performing sales and business‑development team, setting KPIs and coaching on prospecting, demos, negotiations and closing.
• Identify and pursue new customers, markets and industry segments in Nepal and abroad, establishing relationships with key accounts, distributors and partners.
• Lead strategic and enterprise sales cycles, handling presentations, negotiations and long‑term account management.
• Maintain disciplined CRM usage, ensure accurate pipeline visibility and track performance metrics to drive corrective actions.
• Represent Delta Sales App at expos, conferences, industry forums and other events to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading sales teams in fast‑growing SaaS or FMCG environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results‑oriented, target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging senior business leaders.
• Ability to travel and represent the company at national and international events.
• Strategic thinker with experience in market expansion and partnership development.
