Sales Manager – Hotel

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will support daily sales and marketing operations for the new Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pokhara. You will help plan and execute sales strategies, develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships to achieve the hotel’s revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage everyday sales activities, plan staffing and assign work.
• Coach and develop team members, set performance goals and recognize achievements.
• Train colleagues on compliance, standards and efficient tools.
• Recommend and initiate HR actions when needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment across departments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client accounts and support promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of hospitality sales and marketing experience with direct supervisory responsibility.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
