Sales Manager - Inbound Tour & Correspondence

About the role

The Sales Manager – Inbound Tour & Correspondence will lead the development and customization of tour products for targeted market segments, creating bespoke travel packages and managing MICE tours. The role requires strong negotiation abilities, team leadership, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining a proactive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate contracts efficiently.
• Develop and customize tour products tailored to specific market segments.
• Create bespoke travel packages quickly.
• Independently manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tours.
• Lead and oversee team management and operations effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound or outbound correspondence and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or any discipline with relevant experience.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit.
• Outstanding negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and high punctuality.
• Systematic, highly organized with strong time‑management skills.

Required skills
