Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development of electric commercial buses and Maxus private vehicles in Nepal. The role focuses on expanding our customer base, generating new opportunities, and promoting sustainable transportation solutions across Kathmandu, Pokhara and the wider market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for electric buses and private vehicles.
• Identify and approach potential clients such as transport operators, schools, corporations, government agencies and tourism companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with technical and after‑sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
• Produce regular sales reports, forecasts and market intelligence.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events and client meetings.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in automotive or transportation sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Nepal as required.
